Semetric is an analytics company. The Semetric tools and algorithms can be used to analyze the behavior of online consumers. They can monitor web-based activities ranging from comments on blogs to downloads of digital content. They collect this information and analyze it to offer a 360 view of what a customer thinks, says, writes, etc — “the voice of the customer”.
