Craig Anderson

Craig joined Pentech in 2009 and is the partner responsible for overall financial management and compliance, managing the investment process and assisting the portfolio companies in the development of their business.
Craig is an experienced business executive and corporate financier,
with a career spanning accountancy, advisory and operational
management within high-growth businesses. He qualified as a Chartered
Accountant with Arthur Andersen and spent nine years with the firm.
He then became Group Financial Controller at Kwik-Fit plc, with financial
management responsibility for 25 operating divisions across 12
countries. Following the sale of Kwik-Fit to Ford, he joined
Edinburgh-based 3D medical imaging company Voxar in 2001 as Chief
Financial and Operating Officer. Voxar became the fastest growing
healthcare IT company in Europe. After the sale of Voxar to Belgian
group Barco in 2004, he stayed on as Managing Director to oversee the
handover.
Most recently, Craig was CEO at Nallatech, a technology and
market innovator in high-performance computing. Under Craig's
leadership, the company was especially active in the military and
aerospace sector in the US. In May 2008 Nallatech was acquired by
US-based Interconnect Systems Inc.
