TIBCO co-founder Indra Mohan Appointed New Chief Executive Officer of Enigmatec Corporation

Enigmatec Corporation today announced the appointment of Indra Mohan as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Mohan, an Enigmatec board member, brings a wealth of experience to the company, both as a founding member of TIBCO’s predecessor company, Teknekron Software Systems and as the founder of two subsequent technology start-ups, Contivo and Interweave.

Mohan comments: “I have very much enjoyed working with the Enigmatec team over the past nine months as a non-executive Director. This is an exciting time for the company in terms of its market positioning and innovative solutions. I am looking forward to leading the company into new opportunities that leverage its technology strengths and pave the way for new solutions in the web services and enterprise service grid arenas.”

Enigmatec’s technology was recently referenced in the Tabb Group report on “Grid Computing in Financial Markets: Moving beyond compute intensive applications.” The report, which looks at grid computing technologies both today and in the future, anticipates that within the next five years, grid computing will be a de facto part of virtually every major financial markets firm’s infrastructure. About Indra Mohan
Mohan started his career at Data General where he held engineering and marketing positions. In 1986, he joined TIBCO and served as Vice President, Sales & Marketing. He subsequently founded Interweave Corporation in 1996, served as its President & CEO and sold the company to Cognos in 1997. Mohan is founder and Chairman of Contivo Inc the pioneering Enterprise Integration Modeling (EIM) Solution provider. He has a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
