SeeWhy Bolsters Leadership With $4.5 Million in Venture Capital, New SaaS Delivery Center
Converting website abandoners with real-time analytics, SeeWhy Inc. today made a series of announcements that power the company into the website conversion market. In addition to securing $4.5 million in new funding, SeeWhy has opened a new SaaS delivery center and has fortified its management team to champion the company’s leading web conversion solutions.
In a related announcement, SeeWhy launched its free abandonment tracking service, Abandonment Tracker Free.

$4.5 million funding round. Participating in the round were Scottish Enterprise, Scotland's main economic, enterprise, innovation and investment agency; and existing SeeWhy investors, including Logispring, Pentech Ventures and Delta Partners.
SaaS delivery and R&D center. Based in Edinburgh, Scotland, the new SeeWhy SaaS center developing and delivering the Abandonment Tracker services.
New management team. Company founder Charles Nicholls is now joined by CEO, Scott G. Silk, and Vice President of Sales, Lou McNemany.
