Nick Felisiak is an active angel investor with investments in a number of early stage technology companies.

Nick was founder, Chairman and CTO of Spider Software, which he acquired from Shiva. Spider Software was sold to Artesyn Technologies in 2000.

Previously, Nick was co-founder of Spider Systems, a networking hardware and communication software business which was sold to Shiva in 1995.
