Pentech bring a wealth of experience, time and energy to all its companies – we believe that we add value by working closely with them in providing advice as needed on all aspects of running and growing a software company in everything from high level business and marketing strategy down to contingent operational aspects of business development and management recruitment.

Investing in initially UK and Ireland software companies, we attempt to leverage our extensive network of international contacts, particularly in the US to help grow the businesses. Cross- fertilisation of experience between our companies also provides valuable insight into how to avoid many of the common mistakes encountered in growing software companies.

The Pentech executive team are supported by Venture partner group which comprises of six individuals the majority of whom have founded, developed and sold software companies – one based in Silicon Valley and another in Florida.

In addition, we at Pentech undertake all our own due diligence in the companies we invest in, including market, technical, financial and resource diligence: Without gaining this deep understanding of the company, its markets and technology, we do not think that we could with any credibility add the value in the constructive manner we believe we do.
