Our investment philosophy is to work with an energetic and ambitious entrepreneurial team, that have created a competitive strongly differentiated software product, and who not only want development capital, but also the direct assistance of experienced technology entrepreneurs, to assist in developing their company into a global player.

You must share the belief that your business can rapidly increase in value, and demonstrate the determination to make this happen. We will typically invest between £0.25m and £1m in any one round, and would look for a meaningful equity position in return for our investment.
